52 pieces later...

My baby girl needed a dress coat but I wanted something different, so I made it... I know, I know... it remind me of that song from Dolly Parton, Coat of many colors, but keep in mind that I did, just like her mama, made it with love for my daughter ;)

This pattern was 52 pieces, THAT I didn't know when I started cutting the pattern pieces lol but I'm glad I didn't give up :)

Log Cabin Quilt

I started this one when my baby girl was sleeping this afternoon :)

Two littles birds told me....

I took the patterns on the blog of a talented lady, she design such nice crafts, I wish I was only half talented as her lol It's in french but it's worth it to take a look :) follow me it's here

I made those two little birds in acrylic paint, on two 14" X 11" canvas.

sewing... and more sewing ;)

I had a swap with a dear friend of mine and here are some of the gifts I made for her :)

A little dress for her daughter to come (They are adopting a little angel from China).






I'm not sure what they call this one in English lol I know in french we call it "turbulette" or Nid d'ange (angel nest)



And for her.... a purse :)

McCall's M5085

I bough this pattern for 0.33$ , I though it was cute, and I got the fabric as a gift from my cousin Katy, it was only 2 $ a yard, so all togheter this dress cost around 3,50$ to make :)



And I received my fabric I bough on ebay YEAH LOVE IT !!!
Cant wait to figure what I want to do with it lol

I had some fabric scrap so I made this little dress for Angelina :)

She look way older then 14 months, don't you think ?

Newlook 6406, for me

I have a wedding to go to on august 16th and I didnt have anything to wear, so I made this one.
It's ok, I guess lol

Only have to hem the bottom part and it's done :)

I will make pants to go with :)

Pincushion

I love making pincushions, they are quick to do :)
